Our services

University course tutoring, project support, and help with presentations, as described on our Services page.

How requests work

• You submit a request on the website.
• We review it.
• We send you a plan and a price.
• You accept the plan and price before any work starts.

Pricing and payment

After you accept the quoted price, Afak Academy sends secure payment instructions directly. Payment is currently completed outside the website through an agreed bank transfer or electronic payment method. We do not collect or store card details on the website. Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel before work begins and receive a full refund.
• If work has already started, any refund is calculated on the portion of the service not yet completed.
• Completed or delivered work is non-refundable, except where the service was not provided as agreed.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Any non-refundable third-party payment or transfer fees will be deducted.
• Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Academic integrity

Our services are designed to support learning, understanding, technical development, and original work. We do not promise grades, and we do not provide work intended to be submitted in violation of your institution’s policies.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, follow your university's policies, and do not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The website content and brand belong to Afak Academy. Students keep their rights in the materials they send us.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care, but we are not responsible for academic outcomes or indirect losses, and our liability never exceeds the amount paid for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
